01, What cookies are.
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They let a site remember you between page loads (so you stay logged in, for example), and they're also used to understand how visitors interact with the site.
Some cookies are essential for the site to function. Others are optional, you can turn them on or off, and we'll respect whichever you choose.
02, How we use them.
We use cookies on kemson.uk for three reasons:
- To make the site work. Things like remembering your cookie preferences themselves, and keeping any form data safe between pages.
- To understand how the site is used. Aggregated, anonymous information about which pages get read, how long visitors stay, and where they drop off, so we can improve the site over time.
- To measure marketing (if we run any). Off by default. Only switched on if you opt in.
We do not use cookies to build a personal profile of you, to sell your data, or to share it with any third party we haven't told you about.

04, Third-party services.
Two pieces of the site are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies:
- Coho, the live property listings on our Properties page are powered by Coho. They may set technical cookies needed to display the listings. Read Coho's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts, we load our typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may log the request for technical reasons (e.g. to serve the right font file). No personalised tracking takes place.
05, How to change your mind.
You can update your cookie preferences at any time. There are three ways:
- On this site, click Cookie Opt-in in the footer of any page to re-open the preferences panel.
- In your browser, every modern browser lets you view, accept, or delete cookies stored on your device. Search "manage cookies" for whichever browser you're using.
- Clear everything, clearing your browser's cookies for kemson.uk will reset your preferences. The consent panel will pop up again on your next visit.
