Kemson was set up in 2025, a young firm, run by people with nearly a decade of property industry experience behind them.

We work wherever needed across London. No fixed office,
no high-street shopfront. The work goes where the properties are.

01 / Who we are

Property People,
plainly said.

Kemson is a London lettings and property management firm. Founded in 2025, built on the back of nearly ten years' work in the industry.

We started small on purpose. The intention is to grow organically into a full estate agency, but for now our focus is narrow and deliberate: lettings, guaranteed rent, and fully-managed properties. We'd rather do three things properly than six things halfway.

We don't operate a fixed office. We're on the road, on site, or at the kitchen table with a landlord, whichever the day calls for. Get in touch and we'll come to you.

Lettings

Sourcing, referencing and onboarding tenants. Tenancy agreements, deposit registration, move-in and move-out. The full lettings cycle.

Guaranteed rent

A fixed monthly payment for the term of the agreement. No voids, no chase, no tenant disputes. Suited to landlords who'd rather hand the property over and step back.

Fully managed

Day-to-day care of the property and the people in it. Rent collection, maintenance, statements, and a single point of contact who actually answers.

Three principles
we run the firm by.

Care

For the property and the people inside it. A home looked after well lasts longer, costs less to run, and earns more. We look after the small things, the dripping cistern, the broken bin lid, the front door that sticks, because the big things rarely arrive without warnings.

Compliance

The unglamorous discipline that separates a firm you'd hand your property to from one you wouldn't. We hold copies of every certificate, we know the borough schemes, and we don't let renewals lapse.

Clarity

We will tell you when something isn't working. When a refurbishment will overrun, when a tenant has stopped paying, on the day we find out, not in the monthly statement. Bad news is easier to handle early.
